Development & relaunch
Led the development and relaunch of a loss-making coastal property as a luxury boutique hotel. Following the repositioning and relaunch, the property subsequently achieved annual EBITDA exceeding £1 million in multiple financial years. Those results were delivered in later trading years, after the founder's General Manager tenure had concluded.
Operational turnaround
Led the turnaround of a loss-making independent hotel, achieving more than £1 million in actual annual EBITDA by 2025 with very limited capital expenditure.
